Do you do moisture inspection and lab samples too?
Our standard assessment uses real-time, room-by-room screening. Add the Mold Deep-Dive and we also bring moisture meters and thermal imaging to find hidden water, and can collect up to two traditional samples for species-level lab identification.
Do you remediate mold?
No, and that's on purpose. We only test. Because we don't sell remediation, we have no incentive to over-report a problem, our findings are unbiased. If work is needed, we give you clear documentation to hand a contractor.
What happens if you find mold?
You get a clear written report showing where mold is elevated and by how much, plus a prioritized action plan. With the Deep-Dive you also receive IEP-style instructions formatted for your remediation contractor or physician.
