See exactly what you get — before you schedule.
Every Illumenair assessment produces a real-time data dashboard and a formal written report. This is a sample based on a real residential assessment in the Portland area.
Live scan view — what we see on-site
During the assessment, every room's air is sampled and displayed in real time. You see the data as we collect it — no waiting for lab results.
Every room measured — not a whole-home average
Each location is tested twice: quiescent (Q) undisturbed conditions, and resuspension (R) where settled particles are agitated. The difference reveals hidden contamination.
The formal report you receive within 48 hours
Formatted for your physician, naturopath, or remediation contractor. Every parameter documented, every room compared.
Assessment Report
| Location | Scan Type | Bacteria (p/m³) | Mold (p/m³) | VOC (ppb) | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Master Bedroom | Quiescent | 8.2 | 142 | 88 | Normal |
| Master Bedroom | Resuspension | 15.4 | 278 | 112 | Elevated |
| Basement | Quiescent | 23.1 | 498 | 244 | High |
| Basement | Resuspension | 28.8 | 592 | 318 | High |
| Living Room | Quiescent | 6.7 | 118 | 76 | Normal |
| Kitchen | Resuspension | 17.2 | 186 | 148 | Elevated |
| HVAC / Air Handler | Quiescent | 18.4 | 362 | 196 | Elevated |
| Outdoor Baseline | Baseline | 4.2 | 66 | 42 | Reference |
- Basement mold readings are significantly elevated — 7.5× the outdoor baseline in quiescent conditions, and 9× under resuspension. Professional mold remediation is recommended before this space can be used safely. A licensed industrial hygienist should be consulted for scope of work.
- The HVAC air handler shows elevated biological counts. The current filtration system is distributing contaminated air to upper living areas. Filter replacement and system cleaning are required as a first-line intervention; results should be verified by retest.
- Master bedroom resuspension readings suggest settled contamination consistent with HVAC distribution from the basement. Resuspension levels will likely improve following basement and HVAC remediation.
- VOC levels peaked at the 15-minute interval (318 ppb in basement) consistent with a volatile source — possibly stored materials, adhesives, or paint. Source identification and removal recommended prior to remediation work.
- CO₂ (445 ppm), temperature (68.2°F), and humidity (52.1% RH) are all within acceptable ranges. Humidity management in the basement warrants monitoring post-remediation.
What comes in every report
No matter the property size, every Illumenair assessment delivers the same complete documentation package.
Room-by-Room Data
Individual readings for every tested area — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, basement, crawlspace, and HVAC zones. Not a single whole-home average.
Outdoor Baseline Comparison
Every indoor reading is measured against a simultaneous outdoor baseline. This reveals true indoor/outdoor ratios — the only way to know if your inside air is genuinely worse than outside.
Parameter Breakdown
Separate data tables for mold, bacteria, viruses, pollen, VOCs, CO₂, temperature, and relative humidity — across every room and both quiescent and resuspension scans.
Source Identification
Where possible, likely contamination sources are noted — HVAC distribution, basement moisture intrusion, volatile materials, cooking byproducts. Context that turns data into answers.
Prioritized Action Plan
A sequenced list of recommendations — what to fix first, why, and what to expect from each intervention. We don't just hand you data and walk away.
Provider-Ready Format
The written report is formatted for clinical records — ready to share with your primary care physician, naturopath, integrative MD, or remediation contractor. Supports Shoemaker Protocol documentation.
