Illumenair measures 11 individual parameters: mold, bacteria, viral load, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, pollen, humidity, PM2.5, and PM10. All measurements are taken in real time, room by room, with outdoor baseline comparison.

How long does an indoor air quality assessment take?

A typical residential assessment takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of the home. You receive same-day results — no waiting 5–10 days for a lab.

Where does Illumenair provide service?

Illumenair currently serves the greater Portland, OR metro area, Seattle, WA, Vancouver, WA, Ridgefield, and SW Washington. Additional cities are coming soon via our waitlist.

How much does an air quality assessment cost?

Assessments start at $1,250 for homes under 2,400 sq ft and $1,500 for homes 2,400–5,000 sq ft. Larger homes and commercial properties are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
